My week so far: Happy Holidays
This week is a full week, and I am feeling so grateful.
1st off Merry Christmas, and if you don’t celebrate it at the very least Happy Holidays.
I hope you are having a wonderful time with your family.
Don’t forget how grateful I am for your support, and know that I got your back like family would.
2nd off I am starting week two of my 30 day challenge.
More on that below.
3rd off my current learnings are this:
Focus on the inputs:
- systems – how you repeatedly do things.
- habits – the things you repeatedly do.
- behaviors – who you are.
And the outputs:
- results – the outcomes from our actions.
- achievements – the things we want to make happen.
- progress – the constant improvements.
Will take care of themselves.
How’s your week going?
What I am working on
In my personal life: Small daily improvement.
A little more consistency here.
- Wake up and bed time.
- Eating 4x per day.
- Walking my dogs.
Some more focus there.
- Keeping my environment tidy.
- Doing the most important work first.
- Remaining in a peak state as often as possible.
Each day I wake up with clear intent, and execute.
Each night I reflect with curiosity, and plan.
I have never been this dialed in across the board, and it feels so good.
In my professional life: Winning my challenge.
$25,000 cash collected through my business by January 19th, 2025.
So far I’ve reached out to over 400 people, and grown my new free group close to 40 people.
150+ people in my free group, and over 1,500 contacts should do the trick.
But just in case, I am going to reach out to 2,500+.
I’m on track to earn $7,500 so far based on appointments I’ve set. Huge win. Will keep you updated.
Plus I’ve been so consistent with posting content, and improving my skills.

Weekly win and miss
My win: I am finally being the person I’ve envisioned for so long.
My miss: I’ve let fear creep in a few times, and cause me to procrastinate… but I still got the work done, even if it was late at night.

To take the leg work out of it for you, here is something easy you can try.
They say the morning begins the night before, so let’s start there:
Step one: Take 30 minutes each night, and follow this simple checklist.
Plan & Prepare For Tomorrow
- Reflect on the day.
- Write down tomorrow’s Top 3 tasks.
- Lay out clothes, meals, and any other essentials.
Wind Down
- Electronics away, lights dim, etc.
- Tidy up.
- Alarm set.
Read & Write
- Read 10 pages.
- Write out your 3 yearly goals, and visualize them as accomplished.
- Brain dump if needed.
You will wake up feeling refreshed, and prepared to have an incredible day.
Step two: Take 30 minutes each morning, and follow this simple checklist.
Meditate
- Slow your mind down and breathe.
- Visualize your ideal future, ideal self, and a successful day.
- Ask for support from higher power.
Exercise
- Push yourself.
- Health is first.
- Balance movement and muscle.
Review execute on your Top 3. (As long as it takes)
- Notifications off.
- Timer on.
- Get Shit done.

From Living in constant pain, and regret… to living with purpose
One of my mentors like’s to say that we don’t succeed because of who we are, but in spite of who we are.
Basically even though all of us are flawed in some way, we can still become incredibly successful.
If you followed me around with a camera for the last 10 years you’d be surprised how many days I let go to shit.
- Snoozing my alarm, and avoiding my responsibilities.
- Wasting hours and hours on social media.
- Being late, and unprepared.
It was incredibly painful. I was constantly letting myself down. I felt shame and regret.
Through years of trial and error I have become one of the most productive, organized, and happy people I know.
It all started with my routines.
Practicing the behaviors, habits, and actions that shape me every single day.
But rather than practicing the negative ones, I began to practice the positive ones.
This week after Christmas, I recommend you give the routine above a shot and begin building momentum before the New Year.
Question or answer – “Who loses if you don’t win?”
I’ve been thinking about this question a lot.
It puts it all in perspective.
My actions, and results impact many more than little old me.
Who is going to support my parents when they can’t support themselves?
Me.
Who is the one leading the way in my family for future generations?
Me.
Who’s life is going to be harder if I don’t master mine?
Millions of people, and especially my family.
